At Muldoon’s Craft Coffee Roasters, we freshly roast each batch and ship from Mississauga, Ontario to customers across Canada and the USA. We’re committed to delivering great coffee—fast and fresh.
Processing Times

Coffee Orders: Roasted and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Brewers & Equipment: Shipped within 1–2 business days, depending on stock availability.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, shipping destination, and carrier option selected.

Estimated Delivery Times
Within Canada:

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs, or carrier delays.
Shipping Carriers
We use reliable carriers including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and Purolator within Canada. For U.S. orders, we ship via Canada Post/USPS or courier, depending on your chosen method.
All shipments include tracking. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
Duties & Taxes (U.S. Orders)
U.S. customers may be subject to import duties or taxes. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup at our Mississauga roastery. Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout. We’ll notify you by email when your order is ready—typically within 1–2 business days.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you didn’t receive it:

We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently ship only to Canada and the United States.
