Are the coffee machines really free ?

Yes! When you're our client, we loan you the perfect coffee brewer for your office free of charge! All you pay for is our coffee and allied products, it's that simple.

Any strings attached for the 5 day free trial?

Our 5 day free trial is for you to see for yourself what makes Muldoon's Coffee so remarkable. No strings attached!We come in, setup up our equipment, and provide all the necessary products and services so you can enjoy the prefect cup in no time. 

Whats the Muldoon's Roast Meter?

Our special Muldoon's Roast Meter showcases the length of time our coffee beans were roasted, from light (1) to dark (6), plus any other specialty coffees we offer.

Nutritional values for our coffees

Our coffees and our flavoured coffees are made from 100% Arabica Coffee Beans and have no significant nutritional value, besides caffeine of course.

Nutritional values for our milk and chocolate powders

Our flavoured chocolate and milk powders are all natural crafted products and have no added sugars or sweeteners. They also have no other significant nutritional value. Our milk powder is coconut based and contains no dairy.

Any peanut allergies? or any other?

Nope, none of our coffees, including flavoured ones, have any any peanuts or other common allergens. If in doubt, contact us and we'll confirm any specific concerns.

What's my delivery schedule as a client?

As a client, you will receive a tailor-made delivery schedule to your choosing! Daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and more. Let us know what works for you best!

I made a mistake with my order!

If you have made an error with an order, such as ordered an incorrect product or quantity, no need to worry! Let us know as soon as possible, please email or call us via the available channels.

How do I make an order as a client?

If i'm not 100% satisfied, who do i contact?

If you are not 100% satisfied with our services, let us know what we can do to better serve you! We always strive for improvements, and we can say without a doubt that your opinion matters to us, and would like to know how we can make things right. 

My coffee machine won't work!

For most coffee machine errors, look for a power switch at the back of the machine and turn the brewer off, wait 30 seconds, and then turn it back on.

If the problem still persists,  please contact us as soon as possible.
